These services are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

Reiki meditation sessions are given for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing.

Reiki meditation is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment.

Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe, perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

It is recommended that animals be taken to a licensed veterinarian for any ailment they have.

I understand that Reiki is not a substitute for veterinary care or medicine.

I understand that the session is totally voluntary, and I may choose to end the session for my animal at any time.

I understand that the safety and care of my animal is ultimately my responsibility.

I authorize Dulsanea Naedek-Shinpiden Reiki Master to offer Reiki to my animal.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HUMAN REIKI SESSIONS

I, hereby voluntarily request and consent to receive Reiki Healing services from Dulsanea Naedek and verify that I am over 18 years of age. I understand and acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to me as to the effects of such services.

I further understand and acknowledge that in no way are these services meant to be construed by me as a diagnosis or treatment of disease, but rather as a means of supporting relaxation, pain management and overall healing.

I have received an oral explanation of and description of a Reiki session, have had an opportunity to ask questions and fully understand what is involved.

I understand that I may refuse any and all services at any time. If at any time I wish to stop the session for any reason I will communicate that to the practitioner who will abide by my wishes immediately.

I understand that Reiki Healing is not a substitute for medical treatment and/or medications, and I will concurrently work with my qualified Doctor/Veterinarian or appropriate medical professional for any condition I or my animal may have. I am advised that if I am sick, I should consult my Doctor.

I am aware that my Reiki Healing Practitioner is not a trained medical professional, does not diagnose illness or disease, does not prescribe medication and is not a trained counselor or therapist.

Free Will
Animals and humans have free will. Any insights shared are offered in good faith and from an intuitive perspective, and outcomes may differ.

Client Responsibility / Release of Liability
By purchasing or participating in any service, you acknowledge that any decisions you make are your responsibility and made by your own free will. You agree to release and hold harmless Dulsanea Naedek from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the information or services provided.

Cancellation + Refund Policy (Services + Digital Offerings)
All sales are final. No refunds (0%). By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.
This applies to sessions, coaching, workshops, master classes, courses, replays, and digital downloads, whether free or paid.
If you need to reschedule a private session, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to re-book with no additional fees.
If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, I will still honor the time by completing the session and sending the MP4 audio recording (when applicable).
If I must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Workshops / Master Classes / Courses (Free or Paid)
All workshops, master classes, trainings, and courses—whether free or paid—are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation and results will vary. If a replay, recording, or downloadable materials are included, access is for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Communities (Free or Paid)
I may offer free and/or paid online communities (including memberships). Communities are for educational and informational purposes only and are not therapy or crisis support. Participation is voluntary and results vary. You are responsible for what you share and how you apply anything discussed. Community content, replays, posts, and resources are for personal use only and may not be copied, recorded, shared, or distributed without written permission. I reserve the right to remove any member at my discretion to maintain a safe, respectful space. Paid memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; previously paid fees are non-refundable.

Recordings (Optional + With Permission)
With your permission, your private session may be recorded (audio and/or Zoom video) and provided to you for your personal use only. If you do not consent, no recording will be made. Recordings may not be shared or distributed.
For group events, replays may include participant audio/video; by attending you consent to being included unless you keep your camera off and remain muted.

Delivery of Materials
Any written notes, recordings, replays, worksheets, or materials provided (including coaching and training materials) are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, posted, or distributed without my written permission.

Intellectual Property (Free + Paid Content)
All content on this website and in any services or materials—whether free or paid—including but not limited to text, PDFs, worksheets, meditations, recordings, MP4 audio, Zoom videos, trainings, emails, graphics, logos, images, and videos (collectively, “Content”) is owned by Dulsanea Naedek or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the Content for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, record, repost, publish, distribute, sell, share, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written permission.

Testimonials / User Submissions
If you submit a testimonial, review, message, photo, or other content, you confirm it is yours to share. You grant permission for Dulsanea Naedek to use, display, and publish it for marketing and educational purposes on the website, email, and social media, and to edit for length or clarity without changing the meaning. If you wish to revoke future use of a testimonial, you may request removal in writing, and it will be honored going forward when reasonably possible.

These services and content are intended for individuals 18+.

Dispute Resolution / Arbitration / Governing Law
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith resolution and then mandatory arbitration, governed by the laws of the United States of America, to the extent permitted.
