Free Will
Animals and humans have free will. Any insights shared are offered in good faith and from an intuitive perspective, and outcomes may differ.

Session Attendance & Rescheduling Policy

By scheduling a session with Dulsanea, you acknowledge and agree that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your animal.

Clients may reschedule one time only, provided notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time.

If a client misses their session due to forgetting, oversleeping, or a no-show without prior notification, the session will still be completed at the scheduled time. An MP4 recording of the reading will be sent, and the session will be considered fulfilled.

No additional rescheduling or refunds will be provided for missed sessions without prior notice.

Client Responsibility / Release of Liability
By purchasing or participating in any service, you acknowledge that any decisions you make are your responsibility and made by your own free will. You agree to release and hold harmless Dulsanea Naedek from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the information or services provided.

Cancellation + Refund Policy (Services + Digital Offerings)
All sales are final. No refunds (0%). By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.
This applies to sessions, coaching, workshops, master classes, courses, replays, and digital downloads, whether free or paid.
If you need to reschedule a private session, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to re-book with no additional fees.
If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, I will still honor the time by completing the session and sending the MP4 audio recording (when applicable).
If I must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Workshops / Master Classes / Courses (Free or Paid)
All workshops, master classes, trainings, and courses—whether free or paid—are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation and results will vary. If a replay, recording, or downloadable materials are included, access is for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Recordings (Optional + With Permission)
With your permission, your private session may be recorded (audio and/or Zoom video) and provided to you for your personal use only. If you do not consent, no recording will be made. Recordings may not be shared or distributed.
For group events, replays may include participant audio/video; by attending you consent to being included unless you keep your camera off and remain muted.

Delivery of Materials
Any written notes, recordings, replays, worksheets, or materials provided (including coaching and training materials) are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, posted, or distributed without my written permission.

Intellectual Property (Free + Paid Content)
All content on this website and in any services or materials—whether free or paid—including but not limited to text, PDFs, worksheets, meditations, recordings, MP4 audio, Zoom videos, trainings, emails, graphics, logos, images, and videos (collectively, “Content”) is owned by Dulsanea Naedek or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the Content for your own personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, record, repost, publish, distribute, sell, share, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written permission.

Testimonials / User Submissions
If you submit a testimonial, review, message, photo, or other content, you confirm it is yours to share. You grant permission for Dulsanea Naedek to use, display, and publish it for marketing and educational purposes on the website, email, and social media, and to edit for length or clarity without changing the meaning. If you wish to revoke future use of a testimonial, you may request removal in writing, and it will be honored going forward when reasonably possible.

These services and content are intended for individuals 18+.

Dispute Resolution / Arbitration / Governing Law
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith resolution and then mandatory arbitration, governed by the laws of the United States of America, to the extent permitted.
