Yes! The three-month commitment is crucial. We dive deep into belief systems, balancing overall wellness, nurturing intuition, and addressing blocks to aligning energies with animals. Less than 3 months will not allow for sufficient time to implement the 5 Step AWAKE-N process:

3. **A**ttunement: Learn the life lessons your pet is teaching you & implementing those changes.

As I work with you either 1:1 and or in the group these three months, combined with AWAKE-N, are your ticket to a transformative journey.  🌈✨

This depends mainly on your challenges both for yourself and your pet. As well as your desires to enhance your abilities in the next few months. 

I would recommend the Expert #1, so that we can have that 1:1 time together as well as mentorship in a group setting. I've noticed those that invest in themselves and their pets with that package advance in their abilities quicker and most significant results, as I am there to help them directly.

If your time is limited but you want to dive in and start experiences significant changes, the Intermediate #2 package which is just 1:1 coaching is a beautiful alternative. 

If you want to experience a group setting only for 1 hour a week, than of course that would be the Explorer #3 package. Based on your goals and desires your journey would be at a slower pace, and only access to me via email and or group forum area. 

Our group meetings are like an informal workshop every Monday at 1 PM EST where I provide a Topic then we have an Exercise and then a Discussion. 

If you're unable to join these sessions live, don't worry – recordings are available for you to catch up. I highly recommend watching the workshop replay at your convenience. Should you have any questions and or want to provide feedback from the practice readings you can post them in the forum or email me.

I always provide time at the beginning of each meeting to see if anyone had questions about the last meeting and or any experiences you had during the week you'd like to share.
