Thank you again for taking the time in our follow up zoom call.  I’m excited to work with you for you clearly have decided to make a change in your life! I see how your firm, loving intention is greater than what is your brain & body has been living in till now!

This is your moment in time that you have decided with a heart coherence to make that change for self care and self preservation where you choose when to play versus when to work. There a saying 'schedule time to schedule time'! 

You will have the opportunity to explore from Marlie & Kitty's animal communication session your soul contract and how to make those changes in your life so you may fulfill the life lessons all the while deepen your relationship with them! With your courage and determination to pursue your interests including cooking & gardening you will re-learn how balancing your time and energy with your business.  

It's extremely overwhelming when you know your are overworking, overthinking & feel the need to rescue everyone.  As we discussed its all about changing the way you think and feel, becoming more consciously aware is the foundation of my 5 step coaching program. You will also learn exactly how to fire and re-wire new circuits in the brain with heighten awareness during your meditations.

As you continue to grow and develop every day with Kitty along with Marlie's spiritual guidance you will experience love, grace and compassion. Additionally your care for Nick and John, will increasingly filled with love and gratitude while the heaviness dissolves.
